Job Description

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Oversee steel fabrication, procurement, erection, and related construction activities.
Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable safety requirements.
Review drawings, technical submittals, and method statements, and resolve site issues promptly.
Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation and variations.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience managing steel structure projects, including fabrication and on-site erection.
Strong knowledge of project planning, contracts, cost control, quality, and HSE.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools, such as MS Project or Primavera P6, is preferred.
Iqama transfer is a must.
